We ordered the green bike so we could use it for our daughter first then eventually our son. Our 4.5 year old daughter loves the bike, she begs us every day to take her outside to ride it! I also want to offer KaZAM kudos for their great customer service. I ordered a bike helmet with the bike and the next morning I received an email letting me know that they had just started a promotion to offer a discount on the helmet when purchased with the bike and they were passing that discount on to me, yeah! However, the best thing they did was have a 2nd bike shipped 2nd day air via UPS when we discovered that UPS had lost the 1st bike. They shipped the bike out on Dec 22 and it arrived on Dec 24, just in time to assemble (easy!) and put under the tree! Thanks a million, KaZAM!

I bought my daughter, who is 4 years old, a KaZAM balance bike and she loves to ride it. She is learning how to balance very well. The feature I really like about this bike is that it has a place to rest her feet. The colors are bright and very cool for kids. Great sturdy bike and worth the price. Free shipping and got the bike in 3 days. Can't beat that!

Our son, who just turned 3, is now riding a bike without training wheels! I never would have dreamed it possible at this age, but I truly give all the credit to the Kazam balance bike. When our 4 year old daughter learned to ride a 2 wheel bike Memorial Day weekend, we gave our son, who had just turned 3 a month before, the Kazam balance bike. He was hesitant at first, but within a day his practice times increased and it became a daily activity. On the 4th of July, after only 1 month with the Kazam, we put him to the test and he is now riding like a pro on a 2 wheel bike. The smile on his face is priceless. Had I not seen him balance on this bike and practice over time, I NEVER would have had him try to ride without training wheels at this age. Thank you for creating a safe and fun learning experience in which kids can learn when THEY are ready...not when WE are ready.

We purchased one of your 2009 blue bikes for our daughters 2nd birthday on June 26th !! WE love it! and she loves it. She can\'t use it independently yet - but we enjoy her pushing it -and sitting and standing on it while we hold it secure. Our friend - Karen in Springfield, Virginia - who told us about your bike after she purchased it online over 6 months ago- came to visit us for the July 4th weekend and brought her 2 1/2 year old sons Kazam with them. Our daughter was thrilled to see little Ethan ride the Kazam like a champ and it increased her interest even more ! So we just wanted to say THANK YOU !! Not only is the kazam great because it has no pedals - but its very european and sporty looking - very COOL !! My friend - Karen - was impressed with the new style - especially the handle bars. Karen owns 6 bikes of her own - grown up bikes because she used to be a bike courier in D.C. - and is an avid mountain biker. She plans to open a bike shop specifically geared towards teaching women about mountain biking and taking care of their mountain bikes. I recently ordered a KaZAM bike for my daughter and she loves it. It may take a while before she\'s coasting, but I\'m predicting she\'ll be riding a regular bike at a younger age than her older brother did. I was also pleased with the stellar customer service I got from KaZAM --I had ordered a pink bike but received a blue one. They immediately went about making things right, and within 24 hours (on a Saturday morning no less) we received the correct one by FedEx. Everyone makes mistakes, but it\'s refreshing when a company goes the extra mile to make things right.

I can't rave enough about our Kazam bike. Our 3 1/2 year old daughter was frustrated with her other bike... coordinating the pedals and training wheels and brakes. Riding was an exercise in frustration. She took to her Kazam bike immediately and now she can't get enough. It is the best purchase I have ever made for her.

The KaZAM is amazing!!! Our 3 1/2 year old son received his KaZAM at Christmas and absolutely loved it. He already owned a bike with pedals and training wheels and could not ride without the training wheels. When he received his Kazam, which he refers to as his "blue bike", it became his instant favorite. He always asks if we can take it along in the car wherever we go.
After 2 months of learning balance on his Kazam, he is now riding his other bike without training wheels. He literally jumped on his bike with pedals and started riding in minutes and never fell down once. He used his feet to balance himself, just as he learned on the Kazam. This is such an amazing bike! Everywhere we go, we are always being asked by young parents who makes this and where do I get one.
We will be sending you a video soon of our son riding his Kazam and his first day on is regular bike.

We purchased a Kazam bike for our 3 year old son, and he took to it immediately. Within three weeks he was riding his two-wheeler bike without training wheels (this was 3 weeks before his 4th birthday)!! He still loves his Kazam, and rides it frequently. His big brother only wishes that you made a bigger one for his size...all the kids that come over for play dates want to ride the Kazam! Great product and well made!

What a GREAT product - I gave it to my 4 year old daughter with NO instructions what so ever and by the 2nd day she figured it out and was riding it and doing circles - In 3 weeks she was on her normal bike without training wheels. I highly recommend this product to all kids.

I have two boys, at the time of using the KAZAM bike they were 3 and 18 months. Like most, I had my 3 year old on his bike with training wheels, so I gave him a week to use the KAZAM and off with the training wheels. He mastered the balance that fast. He never looked back once the training wheels were off. What's more impressive, or maybe not, was the 18 month old, once his older brother put the KAZAM down he immediately picked it up and within two months had mastered the balance and riding skills necessary. We went out and purchased him a new bike (12") and asked the store to take off the training wheels at the store to see if he could ride it and put his feet down. Sure enough, right there in the parking lot, to the astonishment of the "bike store" Carson took off. Thanks to the KAZAM for making the bike riding skill and transition a breeze.
