Our first priority is 100% satisfaction with your KaZAM bike. We will gladly accept a returned KaZAM bike in saleable condition within 14 days of purchase if you have made the purchase directly through KaZAM via our website or a call-in order. We will not accept returns that were purchased originally from somewhere other than KaZAMbikes.com.
If we made a shipping error, such as sending you the wrong style or color from that which you purchased, or if you find the KaZAM to be defective, please contact us immediately at 757-452-3945 and we will work to resolve the issue. If the return is not due to our error, please email email@example.com to request a return authorization, explaining the reason for return. Please note: we can NOT accept returns of helmets, so please measure carefully before ordering. Once a return authorization is issued along with shipping instructions, please ship the product back via traceable method, in its original packaging and we will issue you a credit. The original packaging must be in “new” condition so that we can resell your exchange.
*due to the size of this product, we do not offer free returns.*
