We're very pleased with the bike, and the customer service has been truly helpful and pleasant. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is simply due to the limits of how much the seat and handle bars are able to be raised for an older rider. I was unable to find any exact measurements for these two things on the website, but purchased the bike because I had hoped this 12" bike would naturally be taller than the 10" we had outgrown. However, our Kazam seat height was sadly not any higher even though the wheels were indeed two inches larger! But! The rubber tires and the foot platform have made the purchase worth our while. I would highly recommend this bike, but know that for our 4-year-old, it just barely is tall enough.
